Over the last 15 years, Jeff has been dedicated to making the luxury travelers experience to Atlanta an indelible one. His tenure was spent working for Atlanta's top luxury hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, W Hotels, and St. Regis Atlanta. He always had a unique take on luxury Concierge service and spent countless hours of networking to make sure he had everything he needed to make sure his guests got everything they desired and needed. From working with Heads of State, Royal families, and CEO's, to some of Hollywood’s top celebrities, he made it his mission to see that each and everyone of his guests needs were not only met, but exceeded.

For over 12 years, Jeff was a member of The Concierge Society of Atlanta where he served two of the years as VP of Operations and four years as President of the association. He was also a member of the elite global Concierge association, Les Clefs d'Or USA & UICH. Some of his accolades include; Concierge of the Year and The Susan Sturges Hyde Distinguished Service Award from Where Atlanta Magazine as well as Manager of the Quarter.
